At Zooberg Law Firm, P.A., we strive to provide affordable options for each of our clients. We understand that this is a financially challenging time for you. The fees that each law firm charges to handle your bankruptcy case will vary.

Legal fees can vary based upon:

  1. Your lawyer’s level of experience, specialization, and industry reputation.
  2. The facts surrounding your case, and the complexity of the required legal strategy.
  3. The amount of time and resources the law firm must devote to your case.

Zero Down Bankruptcy Financing

Generally, bankruptcy firms require all the fees to be paid up front.

Zooberg Law Firm offers a zero money down financing option for certain Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases.

This is particularly helpful in cases where the client is facing a garnishment, or having trouble coming up with the funds up front and needs immediate help.

Zooberg Law Firm is able to accomplish this by using separate contracts for both pre-petition and post-petition services. This process is know as “bifurcation.”
